Garden Grill Steakhouse - Weirton

They sent a complimentary dinner to my grandfather, who passed away two months ago. In a small town where everyone knows each other, that speaks volumes. I’ve never set foot in this restaurant, and I’ve also never heard anything positive about the food. As for parking, I only parked my car there once when I went to Crazy Mexican.

This was the worst meal we've had in a long time. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi, and it was incredibly bland with no flavor; the shrimp was overcooked. I had the porterhouse steak, which I ordered rare, but it was very tough and the only seasoning was black pepper. The loaded baked potato was cold, and there were no vegetables or bread served with the meal. Given the high prices, I expected a much better dining experience. The only highlight was our waitress, who did her best to improve the situation, but it wasn’t her fault. This is definitely a one-time visit for us.

Upon entering the restaurant, the stale smell of smoke was off-putting. We hadn’t noticed that it featured a cigar bar, which would have influenced our decision to come here. After being seated, it took over 10 minutes for any waitstaff to acknowledge us, despite the restaurant being less than half full. Our appetizers took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. My husband’s ribeye was mediocre and certainly not worth the price. Overall, we didn't find any reason to return.

This is a great place to eat. Live music ? on certain days. A little upscale on dinner pricing. But if you want atmosphere and good food it’s worth the money.Wheelchair accessibility: Table seating available to wheel into.

Walked in and pretty much immediately left. Place reeked of smoke like an ash tray. It should be clearly advertised that this is a cigar bar and a steak house.
