I recently visited Subway and was disappointed to see the owner using the same gloves at the cash register and then making a sandwich for a customer without changing them. Due to this poor hygiene practice, I have decided not to eat there again.
Healthier than most take out restaurants, filling and can"t beat 3 for $20. We enjoy the fresh buns and multitude of toppings for a same or different sub every time.
All the franchises are similar, however, some have very tight employees, as if they gave you alittle extra tomato or lettuce it would come out of their paycheck! lol. This location is generous and very friendly.
Food is always fresh and yummy. Service is always fast and efficient. There are a few things I have noticed, however, that cause me concern. One is they are VERY stingy with the condiments. When I say I want a LOT of sauce I mean a LOT not just a couple of squirts...I have to ask them to put more on at least twice every single time I eat here. The other is that this place seems to be reverse-racist. By this I mean there are NO white people that work here...EVER. Last I checked, it's NOT legal to choose to not hire ANYONE because of skin colour....Sometimes, it is hard to understand the workers when they speak.
