To be honest, I did not visit this place because of the reviews! negatiw as positiw. they had the absolutely best burger of all time! unfortunately I don't want to waste my money for less than mediocre food and service?! should I try again? has something changed?

I got out for dinner tonight. was a great place with friendly, targeted staff. I have read the previous review of the terrible hired, and I think there might be a bad apple in the baptism. I called many paintings. I came to submit my order, but the phone was just busy for 15 minutes. When I arrived, it was obvious that the employees just held the phone from the hook. an audible hain was heard when I came in. a nice child went out and apologised me and took my order. he asked for his partner help, because my man ordered a fancy burger, and again, the other young pampered out loudly from the pre-room. the nice young overcompensated him and apologised again that they waited for her boss to come in 30 minutes and to do her job in time. they have smashed the meal together. I asked about the veg on the grill as they usually do, like the guy who came after me for his order, and they forgot both of us. the grill area was dirty with dirty bowls, sauces splashed everywhere. the an irate child continued to shimmer the burger and pita together haphazardly. When I came home, I was disappointed to see that my whole pita has broken up through dry, day-old pita brot, and they also forgot the sauces, so it was dry as bones. I barely ate the half of them, and I'm pregnant so that sucked. my man burger was in order. we were also surprisingly short on the side of poutin with this confusing little part in comparison to what it was earlier. the nice young man apologized for the waiting period. again because of the balance for his bratty partner, who obviously did not want to be there. for $32 I feel robbed and still hungry. I've met the owner, big one, but he has to pick up the bad apple and get rid of him for his business.

Great food ....decent prices....staff were friendly and helpful. Unlikely will ever go to Wendy's /Harvey's /Burger King etc. again. Burger poutine bottle of water $12 and was delicious. Looking forward to next greasy indulgence Menu has fair amount of choices.... only thing could make this...place better would be a liquor license as beers are missing from menu
