Feedback gevenOrdered delivery and email stated 20 to 30 minutes. When looked at tracker it showed an hour and a half. I called store to get told I was called by manager to let me know it was going to be so long, which is totally false. After over an hour I called to check on order they said it was canceled. Worse customer service and I will be contacting corporate and not allowing anyone else to deal with this.
I've gotta say...I don't know what all the complaints are about. It's Dominos. It's the Denny's of pizza. Meaning you go here because nothing else is open. They have reasonable prices. My last order of wings was horrendous. They taste like they've been soaking in water for weeks. Called back twelve days later and told them about it, they added a credit for 14 wings to my order! I wanted a pizza done like the philly pizza and instead they put Alfredo sauce on it. Talked to them and with a little hard balling regarding my situation they threw in a 2 liter of Coke Zero. They have GOOD customer service, is open till greatly into the night. The pizza itself is decent, the sandwiches (though I have only tried the Italian) are decent as well and had great flavor even though there wasn't hardly any meat on it but hey it was still as good as subway because at least their sub had FLAVOR. So when nothing else great is open, they're still a good choice. If you aren't a night owl like me, Pepperoni Express has the best pizza in Lyman. Period. But Dominos definitely should not be the last on your list. Italian Sandwich: Good flavor and okay size, scarce on meat and toppings and a bit flat once bread is on to be called a real sandwich. 3/5 Stars Philly Pizza: Surprisingly good versus what you would expect. Still, mediocre for a pizza, however definitely will not disappoint and it brings the flavor. 4/5 Stars.
Online would not allow to mark as delivery many people was having this problem you. should have waved the delivery fee and you brought me a credit card slip to paid to the delivery fee with the original amount as owned when I already paid. and i told you i would be pay it with cash!!!! Customer should come first. with great Customer experience. not hassle . you made sure you got you fee.,instead of making sure of paying customer's satisfaction thank so much Kalla!!!
I had ordered about $45 worth of pizza and had planned to leave a generous tip from my $60 total. As a former delivery driver, I understand the challenges, so I did tip him but also expressed that this service isn’t how a business should operate. By the time the pizza arrived, the box was warped from being in the bag so long, especially since the driver had made two stops before mine. Although the pizza was still somewhat warm, the steam had altered the texture of the cheese on my specialty pizza. I ended up getting sick shortly after eating it—that was genuinely disgusting. I will not order from this place again, and if I end up with food poisoning, I’ll consider legal action. I kept all the information for reference. This is the second restaurant in this plaza that has offered terrible food and service. They really should consider closing down or finding a better general manager, as the situation here is unacceptable. Proper management would have recognized the issues highlighted in other reviews and worked to resolve them. I’m letting others know to avoid this place for now, and I have a decent following to share my experience with.
The service was very disappointing. I didn't expect much from a company like Domino's. They tend to ignore your calls and try to sidestep any issues by updating their app, which feels like a distraction. I should have received a refund, but I ended up with my order anyway.
