Donna - Wellsford

I had an amazing time at Donna's art coffee. When passing through Wellsford going to Auckland in a dark winter evening my partner and I were so happy to find a coffee open and we didn't expect such quality and warmth welcoming. For sure I'll go back there as soon as the opportunity arise. (sorry for the mistakes, I am French).

On my way back from my summer holidays, I stoped by Donna's Cafe for lunch. Great coffee, cake and service with a smile. Not only that but I left my bag in the cafe which had some valuables in it I didn't realise that until I got back to Auckland. Donna kindles sent.me the bag with all the valuables intact. Thanks Donna's Cafe! Your awesome!

Your hand made pizzas are the best in Auckland, toasted sandwiches on ciabatta are fresh and delicious, the coffee is the absolute stand out champion, but sometimes I just have a local beer and home made pie will listening to the cool music (if no one is on the piano oh, and of course we buy free range eggs tamarillo chutney and Ecostore products and local honey there too. Can't wait fit your next event (visiting chef? Pizza night? Thanks, Dan

This is what country shops should be like. Nice coffee, friendly people, interesting building, augmented with some local craft and clothes. I'm not mentioning food. It didn't appeal, do I didn't try.
