Feedback gevenApp says delivered but no one has knocked and we don’t have our food
I placed my order at 4:30 PM, but it didn't arrive until 6. The estimated delivery time was 5:20, but it kept changing. The delivery driver was at the restaurant for 40 minutes. I am extremely frustrated. The toasted food I ordered wasn't toasted, and the waffle fries were cold to the point where I couldn't eat them. My drink spilled everywhere, and there was no sauce with my fries. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I paid £16 for cold food with missing sauce that arrived an hour late after waiting for an hour. I am disappointed.
You delivered the entire wrong order and I cannot get in touch with anyone to switch it
My food was soggy, i got the wrong cookie.. i waited way over an hour and a half for this food for it to be cold and soggy i want a full refund immediately, i called and the worker said it would be twn minutes, it was longer than half an hour after that.
90 mins for a Subway sandwich. Miles too long to wait.
