Well we decided to walk here for a quick bite as both had a busy day.Got seated ok and then menus presented, our choices but not available sold out , made another choice not available sold out, so settled on a third choice of a lamb rump. This proved to be served up ugly, as 2 sold lumps and a bit over done.Other half had a crumbed chicken thing I think it was a Parmie. said it was ok.But the worst thing was a group of 6 screaming girls running in and out of the play room whilst parents ignored all this and sat checking their mobile phones. not only a distraction and discomfort to other children and diners, but a hazard for the wait staff.Bar manager should have said something at least from a health and safety point.I know that this is a family place but its not a playing field and others have a right to expect a certain standard of behaviour from children if they are to taken out to eat.
Have dined here regularly for past 10 or more years. Has been updated in the past 12 months with a new menu, children's area and various theme nights and menu specials each week.Invited friends from Singapore for dinner last Thursday night who were impressed by the menu choices and the atmosphere - much different to restaurants in Singapore. We ordered Barramundi, Chicken Schnitzel and the Big Blue....all served with chips and salads...the decision on the meals were a big thumbs up. The Chilli mussels with the big blue were just right. My friends will visit here when next in Perth.
Reasonablly priced lunches and good serves. It holds a lot of people so good for a social gathering of your friends.
We just met Jen and had dinner in her and husband's fine establishment.
