Subway - Wendell

I had an excellent experience at this Subway. The restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh, and the service was top-notch. Mark Wilkns was especially great – he was friendly, funny, and provided excellent service. I think Mark deserves a raise! I will definitely be returning to this Subway, especially since they have a drive-thru option. It's convenient to be able to order and not have to get out of the car to pick up your sandwich. Mark, if you're reading this, thank you for brightening my day after work. Overall, I give this Subway a 5-star rating for food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. I do not usually write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff member I encountered was rude and disrespectful from the moment I entered. Despite having a coupon for a sub, the employee refused to accept it, even though there was a sign indicating that coupons could be used. When I placed my order, the staff member appeared to have difficulty understanding and fulfilling my requests, mistaking cucumbers for bell peppers and being stingy with the vegetables. When I tried to pay with a gift card, the staff member was unhelpful and condescending, making me swipe the card in the wrong place multiple times before finally instructing me where to do so. Overall, the service was poor, and this experience has deterred me from wanting to return to this restaurant. Food quality and atmosphere were also lacking.
