Guess how long I’ve been in the drive thru line for a mobile order….only 4 cars in front of me it’s been 20 minutes. Get this restaurant new staff completely or staffed in general. It’s always this bad or worse. Who knows how much longer I’ll be sitting here waiting.

Drive thru... The chili was soooo good! It really got the spot!!

Short handed! Forgot to make my order or gave it to the window. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. They finally locked the doors so no one else would be able to come into the restaurant. Where was the manager? They should have been there covering for the shortage. If one of the two people working was the manager, I will eat my hat.

45 minutes in the drive through line with only 3 cars waiting just to get a hamburger I ordered on the app. Ridiculous

Don't piss yourself off coming here, you deserve better. The last 3 times we came food has been cold and dry, fries and sandwich. 6 of my neighbors has same complaints. Staff is always distracted and slow even when it's no line.
