When we were there, there was only a vegan excellent main dish (and a soup). The map changes seasonally. The prices are high but also the quality. The staff was very nice, certainly you could have got other vegetarian dishes in vegan. There was a lot of choice in Vegetarian.

As I live near, I often came back to my hikes through the eifgenbach Valley in the ausmühle. From time to time I became more dissatisfied and after the last visit decided not to return there. Too bad. which a beautiful location, which a long tradition. but if you want to make money, the ambiente suffers. the rooms are overheated, dark, and badly ventilated. the service acts stressed, is unfriendly and only works its pensum. the ordered dorade proved to be a bonsai execution of this fish. after all, the service was able to determine whether this lack was due to a reduction in the price of 1.80€. the hat cord finally kicked me when I found on a bill of over 80 euro the mention of an additionally ordered bread basket: for 5 small pieces of baked frozen baguette 1,50 euro were additionally calculated there. and the service didn't think of anything better than: "we don't make the prices." which poor service and ess culture! all around the tables also complaints about a desolate kitchen. that was not a pleasure, this stay. I will not come back.
