The experience was quite disappointing overall. I specifically requested liquid sugar in my iced coffee, but they still gave me regular sugar. It’s frustrating when your requests aren’t properly considered.

Coffee was not fresh. Cashier was also in a terrible mood.

The restaurant was completely closed, even though it was supposed to be open. There were cones in front of the doors and a phone number to call, but I tried calling several times with no response. Instead, I ended up going to Lowe's and purchasing some equipment. Yes, I spent more money, but now I have the equipment for keeps.

I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee available. When I asked the store clerk about it, the girl on duty said she couldn't help because she was just covering a shift. I don't understand why that should affect her knowledge of the store's offerings, especially when it comes to informing customers. It felt unprofessional and lacking in service.
