Feedback gevenThe experience was quite disappointing overall. I specifically requested liquid sugar in my iced coffee, but they still gave me regular sugar. It’s frustrating when your requests aren’t properly considered.
Stop daily for a coffee! Always served with a smile
Coffee was not fresh. Cashier was also in a terrible mood.
The restaurant was completely closed, even though it was supposed to be open. There were cones in front of the doors and a phone number to call, but I tried calling several times with no response. Instead, I ended up going to Lowe's and purchasing some equipment. Yes, I spent more money, but now I have the equipment for keeps.
I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee available. When I asked the store clerk about it, the girl on duty said she couldn't help because she was just covering a shift. I don't understand why that should affect her knowledge of the store's offerings, especially when it comes to informing customers. It felt unprofessional and lacking in service.
