Applebee's Grill - Weslaco

We had a much-needed evening dinner and had an amazing night at this restaurant! The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. Our server Selene was outstanding, constantly checking on us to ensure everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the ribs being a bit dry, but Selene immediately brought the manager to our table. Instead of replacing the order, she offered us a dessert on the house. The service was top-notch and we will definitely be back soon. The beer was cold and the mixed drinks were excellent. Additionally, the staff made sure to sanitize the table every time someone left. Great job and everyone was wearing masks too!

Consistently great service at this restaurant. The new female bartender was friendly, took my order, and cashed me out quickly. The food was delicious and the beer was cold. Regardless of which location you visit, this place is always a winner. That's what I appreciate about them.

I had a terrible experience with the curbside service at this restaurant. I called in and was told my food was ready, but after waiting for 10 minutes I had to go inside and wait at the bar. The staff ignored me until I mentioned I had placed a curbside order. Even then, they were disorganized and someone who wasn't even working gave me my salad. When I asked to speak to the manager, he simply said, "I just got here," without any apology or acknowledgment of the poor service. The manager should have handled the situation better. I would not recommend this restaurant and would give it less than one star if possible.

Hadn't been here for awhile. It wasn't a bad experience food was good.

Place was not packed, lots of empty tables and yet had to wait to be seated. Asked for the lime chicken and it was like they threw a cup of oil on it. The oriental salad was also drowned in the dressing. I don't think the cooks understand or pay attention to requests made. Not to mention the music was blasting as if your at a wedding. Staff was not friendly, didn't feel welcomed more like a bother for eating there
