Whataburger - Weslaco

--- I ordered takeout from Whataburger, and here's how it turned out. It looked like someone had taken a bite out of my burger, although I'm sure that's not the case. The Whataburger Jr. was so minced up that it was almost unrecognizable. The total for my order was over $22, and I was only about a third satisfied. We're paying top dollar, just like everyone else, but it's too far for us to just go back and get it fixed given the high gas prices. I spoke with a manager named Rosario who told me we could come back to have the order corrected, but I declined. She assured me that she would make things right and put me on a compensation list. We'll see how that goes, and I’ll come back to update this review if they do take action. On July 25, 2022, Whataburger removed my original review. Now, with a new review posted, the previous one has returned. I went back to the restaurant, and they replaced my order. I felt compelled to check the new order on the spot, which I should have done the first time around. Rosario kept the original receipt, but I had taken a photo for my records. At this point, I think I'm done with Whataburger. It's clear that we have choices, and it feels like Whataburger cares more about managing its image than getting things right the first time. Wow, I placed an online order, and just two minutes after arriving, my food was brought out. Everything was correct, the food was delicious, and they even included the condiments I requested. Why is this so impressive? Because the WAB on Airport Road (Old 83) never manages to do any of this! I was thrilled to receive such excellent service from a caring management and staff, which is a stark contrast to the other WAB.

I recently had the coldest burger I've encountered in a long time. It felt more like a salad with the way the lettuce and onions were piled on. This is why I haven't visited Whataburger in months. At this point, I might prefer In-N-Out Burger.

I wanted a burger not chicken. I got charged for exactly what I ordered but I got this intead. The bread looked like someone had squished it and had taken a bite ??????????????? I've been trying but if the soda isn't watered down the burger is cold or wrong order what is going on. I've been trying Whataburger but you haven't been treating me right ????

Dead people behind the counter that never properly greet with a smile. Coffee almost always bad?many times weak and lukewarm. These people have not learned a single thing from Macdonald's when it comes to coffee or Chik fila? when it comes to serving customer ?with please.? ?but yet I continue to give them my business.
