Capital Tacos - Wesley Chapel

I ordered two tacos - one fish taco, street corn, and queso balls. The food was just okay, but unfortunately the salsa was missing lime and the corn sauces. Additionally, I asked for rice with black beans but only received the rice without any beans.

I sampled the luau taco at the taco festival and was close to tears after the first bite. However, it does not seem to be listed on the menu.

For Friday night dinner we had a good time to get to Tacos and we decided to dinner at Capital Tacos. The capital Tacos closes at 9:00 and we reached the place at 8:30. The place was nice, neat and clean with friendly staff. Since the restaurant was closed in 30 minutes, there were not many people. After exploring the menu we ordered Queso Bites and Dive sauce, Mexican Street Corn, Chicken Fajita Taco, Big Kahuna Taco, Double Mesa Taco, Mean Verde Taco, Hen House Bowl, Chicken Fajita Salad and Mini Churros. The service was good and we first got Queso Bites and diving sauce. The Queso bites were delicious, full of cheese, hot and beautifully made. We loved it. The Mexican streets of corn were not good and it wasn't hot and it was a bummer. Then we have Tacos. Chicken fajita taco were good and tasty and we loved it. Middle Verde the fried avocado taco was best and we loved it. Double Mesa taco the fajita chicken was also good. Big Kahuna was also the fish taco delicious and tasty. Hen House Bowl was delicious and we loved it. It was different from the bowls we had and we loved it. Chicken Fajita Salad was good and chicken made was delicious and well cooked. The salad was good and it was good for a person. The Churros were good, but the sad thing was that with Churros they only supply white cream sauce that was like glue and has no other options with Churros.

Let me start this review by saying that they are USED my favorite restaurant. We would eat here 4-5 times a month and introduce a ton of people into capital cups. It's absolutely disgusting now. A few years ago, they deleted all the items from the menu that made them special. All with mangos or pickled onions and all their fusion aromas. The merger made them different. Fast forward?. I went a few times and tried different things, but every time it becomes more disgusting. Tonight we went to the garbage bucket!!! Tonight? Capital Taco makes Taco Bell seems to be 5 star gourmet. I knocked down the Hen House that wasn't in taste, but I'm hungry. The floor Beast Taco made me gag it was so nasty. Just sat and tasted like the imitation meat in glass paintings. I'm so sad that they've changed their entire fusion flair, but you ruined this restaurant. Since this review is public, can someone please open a place that offers tacos like the original capital Tacos?

The food you do is good, but this is if you even get half of your order. We order by Uber eats and they and the restaurant love to play the guilt game, but if you order an average of $70 and you are lucky to get half of it and no one answers the phone (on both sides) it is quite discouraging. We like the food, but it's always wrong. Crazy. May the chances ever be in your favor. Do you think this is in this little bag?
