Glory Days Grill - Wesley Chapel

The lunch visit was atrocious! We thought we'd sit outside on this beautiful Labor Day. There was a family with a dog, no big deal, but when they left, there was dog food all over the patio and during our whole time there for lunch, nobody came and bussed the table and cleaned the mess they left. Then it took FOREVER to get our food. We were patient, it was a holiday and we were enjoying our day off work. But after 40 minutes waiting for our food, it was starting to get annoying. Especially during this time when a lady from the bar came outside three times with her beer and cigarette! Then the kicker was when a manager (we assume, he was wearing a black polo with Glory Days logo) arrived for work. Sat down and talked to this woman, put his shoes ON A TABLE and they were dropping the F bomb in their very loud conversation. We aren't prudes by any means, but have a little class! Get your shoes off the table where someone will sit and eat, and watch your language in front of customers! My chicken sandwich was burnt beyond wanting to eat it, my husband's wings were disgusting. Never again!!! The food, the service, and the management is the worst in town! Go somewhere else for lunch. Don't waste your money!UPDATE: I sent an email as requested to the manager, and he did not respond. His response was only so the public would think he actually made amends for the poor service we received. He does not care about how customers are treated. It was probably him who was out on the patio with his shoes on the table and cussing in front of customers

The big Kahuna sandwich had pieces that were too big that had to be pulled out and cut up. The chicken and waffles were great

Entered for the 1st time. Hostess didn't even acknowledge us. After 4 minutes, she has us follow her to a table. It was a mess, ketchup on the floor. I told the hostess about the floor and was blown off. Not even (sorry, we will clean it right up. Let's us get you another table) Well, sorry to inconvenience you guys, and we decided to eat elsewhere. Never be back. Not that you care.

I just had food delivered from Glory Days. The food is fine but they packed my ice cream dessert on top of my HOT entree so it was a melted mess. Please pay more attention. The dessert should have been packed separately

The meatloaf mashed potatoes were really good but the baked beans are great, manager stopped by talked to us, very nice atmosphere as well! Everyone was satisfied with their food choices!!! We went for
