Feedback gevenYour usual BW3s experience.Way under staffed but our bartender waitress was very attentive and super friendly.The food was par, as I think it takes a lot to screw it up. It was fairly quiet in the restaurant as well. We had a late lunch around 2pm.The men's room was really clean which anyone could appreciate.
It was a slow day for sports and we wanted wings so my husband and I had the beer special and wings which are my favorites, the teriyaki and barbecue both. Had a side of tater tots and veggies as well that rounded out the meal nicely. BWW is my favorite wing stop!
The food is always good, as well as the establishment that provides excellent quality service ? ? ? ?.
1st experience long wait for everything in person. 2nd experience tried ordering over the phone and the person that answered hung up twice.
Worst experience ever! I usually come with my family and have an ok experience but tonight was bad. I came in to have wings with a friend and order a 10 piece with two different flavors. My friend heard my order, which wasn’t hard to remember because it was simple. I told the waitress that one of the flavors was wrong and they gave me the hardest time to change it. The lady who brought my order and my waitress kept telling me how I was wrong and probably didn’t order right. My friend informed them that he heard my order and what I got wasn’t right. Then I placed an order over the app and it was sent to the wrong location. After that I called customer service to inform them about the issue with the app. Customer service sounds like they had an issue with me telling them about the issue as well. She asked me if I had any other concerns but before I could tell her no, she had already hung the phone on me. Not sure what wrong with buffalo wild wings but it went down hill.
