Mcdonald's - West Allis

This McDonald's location is honestly one of the worst I've ever been to. I've heard that it is a training center, but that should not be an excuse for the poor service. If this is how they are training their staff to run a McDonald's, then the company is in serious trouble. Every morning is a disaster with long waits of 10-15 minutes for curbside or pickup orders. There is only one register inside that is occasionally staffed, and the rest are confusing terminals. The drive-thru is the only efficient way to get your food, but the line is chaotic because of a single line filter to both speakers. The floor is dangerously slippery, with frequent yellow warning signs for caution. The service is slow and there is a high chance of mistakes with your order. Management response is lacking and it is clear that the staff have stopped caring. This location urgently needs a complete overhaul.

This McDonald's provides extremely poor service. The cashier appeared confused and unqualified, resulting in incorrect orders and necessary refunds for customers. When I received my order, it was also incorrect. Upon contacting the store, the manager did not apologize and simply asked me to return. After returning, Brandon assisted me and provided a refund and a sandwich. However, I was hesitant to eat the food at that point. The cashier then proceeded to speak negatively about me to her manager as I left. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was disappointing and frustrating.

I visited this restaurant late at night when other fast food places were closed. The menu was limited, but the food was hot and freshly cooked. It was refreshing to see that some McDonald's locations still prioritize the quality of their food. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their great service. Thank you!

I eat here almost 2-3 times a week and it was my favorite McDonald's comparing to other ones in the Milwaukee surrounding areas . But recently, like couple months, it seemed like they keep reheating the chicken nuggets even when it's already old. Thenuggets used to be so perfect. Now, it's super, super dry. Like how it would be when you keep refrying leftover food again andagain. Horrible. This happened on 3-4 occasions in the past two months. I will find a new McDonald's to go to. I'm pretty sureother people had noticed this as well

Totally messed up order. Ordered a Senior coffee ? 1 cream and 3 sugar. Got the opposite and wasn't Given Senior discount. Had completed survey with code for bygof English McMuffin got one McMuffin with Canidian bacon. Cashier was very rude with everyoneand had a bad attitude.
