West Babylon Bagels Deli

I have been a frequent customer at this bagel shop for many years because their egg sandwiches are delicious when made correctly. However, on my last 6 visits, 3 of the orders were incorrect, which I only realized after leaving the shop. During my visit last week, I ordered 2 egg sandwiches over the phone and discovered they were both wrong when I got home. I had requested 2 egg sandwiches on a roll with bacon and cheese, but one was on an everything bagel and the other had no cheese or bacon. I am certain that I paid for both the cheese and bacon. It should not be difficult for the staff to get these simple orders right.

I don't know what their problem is, but it seemed like they just wanted to take my money and get me out of there. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and they gave me a sandwich with just egg, cheese, mayo, and ketchup. It literally has the word BACON in it! I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. On top of that, their salads looked like they had been sitting in the cooler for months.

I purchase a dozen bagels from this place every Sunday, and with three boys in the house, there's never any left for Monday. These bagels are amazing! I rate them 10 out of 10 stars!
