Latitude-Direct - West Banks

This is an excellent place for local seafood - we stocked up on prawns and lobsters (over the top - one each, for dinner and had leftovers for lobster rolls), also bought a magnificent seafood chowder which, as suggested, we mixed through pasta for a wonderful meal. So if you have some facilities somewhere to eat, stock up here. Business is open 8 to 5 Mon to Fri and 10 to 1 on Saturdays. Located on Fishermen's Wharf.

I phoned this place because of its listing as a seafood restaurant.What I found out is this is a seafood wholesaler that also has a retail outlet for fish and the like. There is evidently a mix up with the name that needs to be sorted out.

Introduced to this place by my Airbnb host. So glad we stopped by. Was greeted by a friendly staff in this place. Bought jumbo oysters at a very affordable rate. Bought some prawns and pickled octopus. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Would recommend a stop by this place if you love seafood. SO much good stuff at a good price.

While the food was good meals came out in a timely manner. The cost was amazing. The lunches were $30 and a above. Maybe they should have some lunch specials also,smaller meals.

The best place in town to buy fresh seafood and cooked prawns and lobsters. Open 6 days a week and the selection of prawns are great!
