Mcdonalds West Beach

I recently had a terrible experience at a McDonald's. I ordered a meal through the app, but it never arrived. The app indicated that someone else had received my order. When I reached out for assistance, they refused to refund or replace my meal. After 40 minutes of waiting, I still didn't have my food, and the staff were rude. It was incredibly disappointing.

Closed at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night when the closing time on the website and google says 1 o'clock.

Really stupid staff i ordered and they said just 5 mints for nuggets and after 20 mints i ask them and the front staff was asking to kitchen staff and they said still not dropped for cooking and then i ask to manager he said wait for 5 mint. No one is free to spend 30 mint just for one meal. Didn’t even offer me some another food. If here is a option I’ll probably give 0 star In review.
