Wendy's - West Bend

Wow Arby's was faster and the girl working drive thru didn't advise me I could have saved money by getting sandwich soda and fries oh well food is good

Food was good, hot, and plenty of fries to go with the order. The staff is very nice and attentive, but i did remove 1 star because I have been there several times and they are always understaffed at lunch time. Other than that, nice meal

Salad was awesome as usual, but they didn't add or take off the toppings I requested. Employee handed me the bag without looking or saying anything to me. I tried to say thank you but she was already back in the window. Oh well,. I'll still be back.

I usually have a good experience. Today put me on edge when around 1pm I saw the blonde cashier using her phone while taking my credit card payment. I really hope this was pure stupidity instead of fraudulent activity.

Both my son's and my orders were wrong but that wasn't the worst part, some of the employees, although they did their jobs okay, they were just annoying and couldn't wait to leave. It wasn't a bad enough experience to get me to stop going but it wasn't good...
