The Pheasant Inn - West Berkshire

We had a large party of 17 guests and used the private room upstairs which allowed the 5 young children space and freedom to move around. The waitress was very patient and attentive and the food very good for a busy Sunday lunch

Great food, good service, love the atmosphere here. Gluten free? Almost all dishes can be prepared GF, excellent thank you.

Excellent venue for our family to meet up. Very friendly and helpful. We were a large party so it is always difficult for everything to be perfect. A couple of minor things in the individual dishes could have been better especially for the quite high prices. But will be going there again.

We have been meeting family here at Christmas for the last 10 years. This year the food was so disappointing and the service very slow. The pub classics were great with generous portions, but the other starters and mains were small portions and not the great quality and taste that we have come to look forward to and expect. Sadly, I think the management and bean counters at Youngs have had too great an influence on the kitchen!

We had a brunch for 15 of our family in the lovely private dining room on Boxing Day . Everything was perfect, the food, hospitality and excellent service from helpful and very friendly staff was faultless. We will be definitely returning to this great venue.
