Chick-fil-a - WEST BERLIN

I couldn't understand why they were always so busy. I tried it once, and now I know it, really good huh.

Accuracy of order. Specifically ordered what sauces I needed and quantity. Receipt shows the breakdown but whoever bagged the order completely botched it up. Either missing certain sauces or the wrong amount. An order for 5 people costing $50, I expect to get what I ordered. This is not the first time this restaurant screwed up an order.

I placed an order for several items for 3 people. Had to wait for a sandwich but then waited a while for a salad while the hot food was cooling off, get home and discover there is no salad dressing of which I like the dressing that complements that salad. The good experience was taken away. Most of the time a Chick fil a experience is good though. First time at that location

So delicious,fast, and friendly!! The big lines are deceiving because the service is so fast that the big lines in drive-thru go by quicker than expected.

This was the worst chikfila i ever had in my life I literally trashed it all.
