Smashburger - West Bloomfield Township

I fought here for lunch. Waited for 15 minutes when I watched the Lady Bag Pick-up orders (door bag). She then announced that they were secured to doorstep orders and did not receive customer orders in the store. That's ridiculous. She gave us a free well to wait and sent us out of the door.

Smash burger is definitely on my list of the top ten favorite burger places. This location is clean and has nice, friendly staff. They?re taking necessary precautions and care during this pandemic. A matter of personal choice, but the seasoned fries are better than the tots! Burgers are good, always. Decent chocolate shake.

Horribler customer service. There they were and said they couldn't let people in because they were short staff. There were no other customers there and I counted 3 employees standing around, but they couldn't be harassed to clean up a few customers. It is not that this place is so busy that they need dedicated waiting staff or table cleaners. Customer service is cruel!

Food was absolutely phenomenal! Solid choice without being overwhelmed. The staff there is personable and on point! I'll come back to this place!

The food was terrible, especially the fries, and the service was indescribable. The staff just stared at me. When we arrived, they told us we couldn't sit in the waiting area because they didn't want to clean it. So, we had to sit outside in the sun. When we asked about the menu, they were unable to provide certain drinks, so I opted for a milkshake. I ordered one with S'mores flavor, but they only had half a cup available. It was a very odd experience. I definitely would not return to this restaurant.
