Ten 11 Grill - West Bloomfield Township

Great price and great food. My bowl was big enough for two meals with chickens. Service was great and welcoming. This facility delivered gift coupons to the WB Heroes Appreciation event, which every veterinarian who would visit to enjoy a meal before the end of the year. What a great community initiative and great food! Thank you. Ten 11 Grill!

This restaurant used to be amazing, but now it has completely gone downhill. They have removed many of the best toppings and no longer offer pita chips for the Fattoush/Bowl, replacing them with Doritos. While prices have increased, the quality has significantly decreased. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Unfortunately, the quality of this restaurant has declined. The staff consistently overcooks subs, cutting out the burned portions and still using the same bread, trying to hide the charred areas. The subs are only 7 inches long with a measly 3 ounces of chicken, yet the price is $10. The chicken often falls out of the sides as they wrap the sub, resulting in even less meat. Additionally, the chicken is served cold. It's disappointing to see how this restaurant was once great with reasonable prices. While some price increase may be understandable due to inflation, the decrease in quality is not. As a result, I will no longer be a customer after two years of patronage.

This is on our list of top 5 favorite places. Unfortunately, they are temporarily closed with no indication of when they will reopen. Update on 10/19/22 Ten 11 has since reopened, but it is not the place we once knew. We have tried it twice since they reopened and they don't have the same toppings they once did. No more Iraqi salad or pickled cabbage, and no steak! I asked for pita chips on my bowl and they were CRUSHED UP RANCH DORITOS! What in the world? They told us they were working to make improvements, but I'm not sure what the holdup is. It used to be good. Why did it change? We may give this one last try, because this used to be a weekly stop for us and we will miss it. I'm not getting my hopes up, though.
