Dr. Jacob Kalo, Md - WEST BLOOMFIELD

I called here today to arrange an appointment and the young lady who answered the phone was so rude, rude and unprofessional. to work in such a position and to deal with the public and the patient daily, should have a person feeling and empathy if nothing else, they never know what someone passes through when they call for a service. to treat someone as she treated me today about the phone is totally unacceptable and out of line. She was hanging on me when I corrected her how many weeks pregnant I was when I called back, I said I was sorry that I thought she was hanging on me and her answer was I was sure I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was not the manager. I asked for her name sheena told me that her name is sheena. I called another hysterical and unbelieving situation that someone in this position could be so unchallenged, especially not knowing what my situation is or what I might go through. I called another place to find out who is more responsible, that I could talk about sheena's rude disposition and I had the pleasure of talking to rustful, which made me think about my decision on this place. rochelle was so warm and friendly hearty and listened to me when I yelled at her my heart about my situation and how this young lady treated me. I have conducted my research and had really hoped to be seen by dr. kalo, as I have read many good reviews, but I am very disappointed by the employees who are busy and will continue to explore another doctor who could help me in my situation. this doctor has many good crooks and it is really a shame that he would have someone as discouraged and unprofessional as their work here.

Horrible place. They botched my abortion and now I have to raise, love, and take care of my baby. I demand a refund. I do not know how a Doctor that is so incompetent he cannot even successfully murder a baby is allowed to practice in this country.

I got my phone stolen here a couple weeks ago. Not sure if the j who stole it hangs out there, but be careful. Also, the staff members who I tried to speak with when it happened were extremely passive and rude. When I heard one barista ask the other if a phone was turned in, she answered in the rudest careless tone. Honestly, if this were say the Starbucks in Birmingham, I would have been taken a lot more seriously.

This place is packed at peak times . But they somehow manage to make a delicious drink in a timely fashion. The only drawback is waiting to place your order.

This is one of the older Starbucks without outdoor seating nor a drive thru. However, there's more seating inside than other SBs and the staff is always friendly and ready to make your drink just right. It's a relaxing, pleasant place. Highly recommend.
