A&w In Bloom - West Bloomington

Ordered my food and half way into it I end up with a long nasty hair in my mouth. Turned my stomach. Only got half my money back which is better than nothing but I probably won't be back

Ordered only twice from them and both times I had hair in my food. that doesn’t just happen twice. I have a witness for both times. Right when you open it, it’s right there. Please pay more attention and USE HAIRNETS. We won’t be coming back. Now I’m forced to make a review because I tried calling them to speak to a manager about it but the number they have listed is to PIZZA HUT. how dare you.

The food was fine for fast food. The root beer tastes great, and my burger was fine for a fast food burger. Nothing particularly stood out as great or as bad. It is just a very average meal. I prefer going to the A&W restaurants because they give you a big, frosty mug. That frosty mug is a big part of the A&W experience that I like. I get it, it is in a mall so they can't do the mugs, but I do miss that aspect of the restaurant. Overall, it is fine.

Was the only place that didn't have a long line. Placed my order, and it was ready within 90 seconds. The food was hot and fresh, with no complaints, and definitely would order again. Prices are comparable to every other fast food establishment.

Horrible service!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I “wore” my sons strawberry shake due to the lid not being on — never got our drinks with the kids meals and was told it doesn’t come with one. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!
