Feedback gevenI'm always sent to the front door to wait and they always forget my drink. While I typically just move on today I was forgotten about for 15 minutes and pulled back around and remind them of my order where they then also forgot the drink until I asked.
Please hire workers that are able to communicate to customers who speak ENGLISH. I ask, “What comes on that burger?” And apparently that means “Please add another burger to my order.” I tried to correct her, but she just said “Ok, Ok” and ran away. Was charged about $5 than I was supposed to. Will not be coming back to this location.
Ordered a 12 piece chicken fry a burger and fries and the manager lady was very rude and told me that it only came with one sauce I had to pay .27 extra for another one. She was so worried about the sauce that she didn’t even give me my burger. I got home and it was not in the bag. Every other Burger King I’ve been to the chicken fries come with two sauces. Then on she shook my bag of food up and she gave it to me. Very rude service. I went there once a week for the last 2 years, but you lost a customer
This Burger King takes the title from the old closed St Paul location for the worst Burger King. The staff is rude and instead of operating the two windows they have, they make people pull around front or to a side door to get their food. But that 's not the worst and the reason for this review. I purchased a bunch of SEC croissants last week. The egg volume was anemic. I did it again today and after seeing it, went back to talk to them. I was told, in no uncertain terms (and rudely) that this is the amount of egg you get now . I took it home and weighed it. 10 grams. 10 GRAMS! For reference, ONE egg weighs 70 grams. You 're getting not even 20% of an egg! Here 's a photo for proof. Avoid this location.
Drive thru service was top tier. The gentleman seemingly in charge (I didn’t get a title) was accommodating, fast and thoughtful.
