We stopped here a little awhile ago, right after they opened. That seemed to be the best time, as there is always a line, even 10 minutes after they opened for the day. Of course since we were the first ones to visit, we pretty much knew what we wanted. I had decided on the birthday cake shake. It seems that I get my ice cream in liquid form, and I don't have to worry about making a mess at all. Of course once I ordered it took like 3 or 4 minutes to get my shake. Not
Reached 10 mins before they were closing but still did not serve. They were serving other customers who were already there. They could have allowed one more scoop before closing. Disappointing.
If they had a negative rating I would have give that to them. We went there with our three children and as we were trying to figure out what we wanted a very rude employee kept trying to push us through the line. As we have only ever been there once before yes, it took us a few minutes but she was VERY rude. My husband and I decided not to get anything and at one point we almost walked away without getting anything due to the rudeness of one employee.
Customer service was stern and chaotic despite being one of four customers in line. I ordered a signature mix (over the rain-dough) and instead of telling me they were out of sugar crystals and frosting, they made it regardless. Wish I ate it before walking away. Paid $6.44 for cake batter ice cream with sprinkles.. go to the other coldstone location in the MOA!!
