Kataki Sushi Ramen - West Bloomington

Kataki Sushi Ramen is fantastic. The service was friendly and quick. The prices are reasonable for sushi in the Twin Cities. The food is amazing. We loved everything we tried this visit and can’t wait to come back to try more items. We ordered miso soup and appetizers (calamari, mango tango, and gyoza) to start. The calamari was cooked perfectly and the flavors of the mango tango were so refreshing. Miso soup and gyoza are always great comfort foods. Sushi rolls ordered were Godzilla, Cowboy, Sakura, and Samurai. They were all fantastic and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Nothing was too spicy or sweet, every bite had the right mix of ingredients.

I’ve been going to Kataki since shortly after it opened and have truly enjoyed every meal I’ve had there, or to-go. It’s always fantastic, and they’re always very friendly and accommodating. I love the food, fair pricing, and a diverse menu. I’m definitely a fan!
