Feedback gevenUpdate: contacted corporate, they sent two emails to the restaurant to contact me. They never bothered. Then corporate said that someone from the local franchise would reach out. Never heard a word. The WORST TGI Fridays experience we have ever had. Thanks for ruing my partners 40th Bday lunch! 1st- ordered an app of boneless wings, plain, with the sauce on the side. Wings come out with a dry rub on them, waitress could not understand just pain naked wings. Shortly after the rest of our apps come out. The Wisky sampler. Again, wings where supposed to be plain, came out sauced. There was about 15 minutes between the two apps, who knows why. 2nd- I ordered the Cajon Pasta, no chicken, the sauce was the consistency of paste, its like they ran out of the already sauce that gets mixed in and just said screw it, send it out. My partner ordered the Whiskey Burger. That didn't come out till about 25 min after my meal and our friends meal. The kicker, it was my partners BDay and he LOVES Fridays, and had to wait and wait and wait for his burger. Now, we are not done yet...oh no....the birthday desert that he used his rewards for, that took another 25-30 min to get. I had to go to the bartender to ask what was going on. 3rd- waitress had NOOOOO idea what was going one. Came back to the table every few min to ask us questions about what we ordered, who had what. Whe the bill came, it was STILL incorrect. Worst part, there was a total of 4 other people in the whole restaurant. When we were seated, we were behind the table the manager(s) were sitting at. It had a bunch of silver wear sitting out ready to be rolled. Once we started ordering, they left and were never seen again. So Kong story short, thanks for a 2 hour lunch, wrong food, not being able to all eat together and disappointing someone on tjier birthday. How sad.
I think the whole staff was smoking weed. No hustle no care. After responding to the form that was linked below and writing an extensive review, the customer service said they would be back to me in 2-3 business days. Those days came and went and I let them know. The customer service told me they would be back with me quickly. This was another 3 days ago. The basics of do what you say you will trickle down to the store level.
