Culver’s - West Branch Township

Cheaper than 5 guys and it's a better burger imo, I've gone to 5 guys to get the fries then Culver's for the burgers.

They got the order wrong. Understandable. But they assured us they'd fix it and didn't. We went ahead and ate it, it was terrible. The burgers were way overcooked, dry and crispy. Gross.

Traveling to Boyne Mountain and the family wanted something to eat. This is our first time stopping. This is a great choice! Something for everyone. Service is friendly, warm, and welcoming. The ice cream desserts are delicious. The food was hot and fresh.

Ordered a fresco salad. The tomatoes were all bad and the cucumbers were on the verge of going bad. We had to wait a long time, around 10 min, which we didn't mind, until I had to throw the salad out because it made me sick to my stomach.

Enjoyed Culver’s for the most part.Comment: a bit too much SALT in or on the burgers.Requested Extra M&K on the single Butter Burgers wit cheese. The food preparer left out the request.Chocolate “MALTs” are too thick. Historically “Old Fashioned Malts” are supposed to be lite airy foamy. Chocolate “SHAKES” are historically traditionally thick!!Thank you for the opportunity to make a few observations.JRR
