Boustan Laval - West Brome

Loved the shawarma. I asked for tabouleh salad in shawarma with pickles and chicken. Tasted really good!

The food is very good no doubts. But everyime I go I get stares and comparing to my bf. He gets smile and amazing customer service but on the other hands I don't. I wonder is it cuz I was wearing a dress and that I'm the same ethnicity. Eventhough I was the one paying. I guess it's the culture to please other races. I am editing my review as I ordered falafel platter, the guy gave me falafel in a bowl with beetroot salad. I should have checked before paying. And audacity to say email us we want to rectify mistake. 2nd time doing it. Worse worse worse.

We ordered two shawarma platters: one with beef and the other with chicken. The portions were quite generous. The beef shawarma was well-seasoned and packed with flavor, but unfortunately, the chicken shawarma was dry and lacked taste. The potatoes were crispy, but they had an off-putting aftertaste from the oil that seemed overused. The vermicelli rice was quite bland. The garlic sauce had an unusual flavor, while the hummus was just average. The coleslaw needed more marinating, as it still had a strong cabbage flavor.

This Boustan location is the best I've ever been to, with the one in Greenfield Park coming in second. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and they serve generous portions of meat. The hot sauce is absolutely delightful. I'm writing this review while still at the restaurant, enjoying the meal with my family. This spot is definitely worth a visit!

Always a reliable option for a quick meal. The portions are generous, and the flavors are delicious. I usually go for the mixed plate with chicken and beef. The chicken tends to be a bit dry, but it's still quite tasty!
