Manhattan Bagel - West Caldwell Twp

Very hit or miss here.. mostly miss. Last time I was there I ordered a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese noticed when I got home that my bag was sopping wet with grease because they gave me a buttered bagel, which I threw out because who eats that lol. Money in the garbage. Today I ordered an avocado toast bagel with a hash brown on the side. The bagel wasn’t toasted and the avocado wasn’t sliced. They use this really weird, moist, drippy spread that was pretty unpleasant. The hash brown was the saddest excuse for a hash brown ever

Love the Tuna bagel sandwiches here. #yum UPDATE:My husband picked up bagels for us and all we can say is what happened?? The cream cheese on my bagel was so scant it didn't even cover the bagel surface. He got chicken salad and there was such a little portion it looked more like a lettuce sandwich. Very disappointing, not sure what happened. When food costs are so great we have higher expectations. The food doesn't need to be perfect but the portions should be reflected with the amount paid. We will probably not be returning and that is a shame because we live in the area.

Been coming to this place and last visit the price for a bagel w cream cheese and chocolate milk near $8 and bagel was cold and lacked flavor. Menus is atrocious with price increases slapped on old number so can’t see it really. Ironic they can’t afford to get new signs despite stiffing it to the consumer. ha ha. Sandwiches in the $10 range. Staff was decently nice but place will go bankrupt very soon. Stay away

Hated this place first of all the food looks nothing like the picture. They put one piece of bacon and folded it in half. Then they charged $10 when the price cleary stated $7. I recommend you go to any other bagel place but avoid this one your not getting what you paid for.

Been coming here for over a decade. Love the coffee and muffins, bagels are good (my wife LOVES the blueberry and my daughter is a huge fan of the plain... I'm an onion bagel man and they are good here), good bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and the staff is super helpful and friendly.
