The second time, we went inside to pickup our pizza, and one of the workers was holding a dog standing behind the counter as they talked with their family/friend. Poor health standards right there. When we got the pizza home, it was cut SO horribly, that it was mutilated and the slices were barely even triangles. Why is it so hard to get good service and good food anywhere now a days.
I love stuffed crust so much that my entire basement is little Caesars themed. I have eaten 426.5 little Caesars pizzas in my life
Got the crazy puffs to try. They were excellent and filling. But had to wait for them to cook. Shouldn't these bed readily available? And waiting was a pain. 4 of in lobby and only 1 chair.
Went in to get pizzas after I got off work for kids at my house and got told I should have called ahead for four pizzas. I was paying in cash so I couldn't do it online. All because they are short staffed. Like I was supposed to know that? Girl was very very rude
I ordered my usual pizza through the app: custom round pizza, extra cheese, extra pineapple, jalapenos. I picked up the pizza and got it home. First thing I noticed was it was overdone. Then I noticed that there was pepperoni under the toppings I ordered all over the pizza. I don 't eat meat. I called Little Caesars and told them I got the wrong pizza and I would like my money back. The person on the phone tried to get the manager. The manager told her to tell me to call back in an hour. Unacceptable. I took the pizza back to the Collins Rd. location. The woman at the counter knew it was me right away. I opened the box and told her the first problem I have was telling me to wait an hour to call back and that was unacceptable. Then I said this pizza started out as a pepperoni pizza and the toppings I ordered were added after it had already been cooked and then the pizza was put back into the oven. The lady at the counter told me they had 4 people call in and they were busy. I told her I didn 't care. I hate when a company thinks that is an acceptable excuse for poor service. I get that it 's busy and when the help doesn 't show up that 's really inconvenient, but I 'm a customer and that isn 't my problem. The manager comes over and tells me she knows for a fact the pizza wasn 't made like I was saying because she made it. It didn 't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out this pizza started out as pepperoni and then had toppings added to it after it had already been cooked and then recooked. I know it wasn 't just a mistake because the pepperoni was on the bottom and all the other toppings I ordered were correct. The manager asked me how I wanted this handled because she doesn 't have time for this. I told her I wanted my money back. The lady at the counter returned my money and the manager walked away to continue orders. From the back she says, That looks like a good-looking pizza to me. I told her I don 't eat meat. She says to me, How about you fill out an application then? I asked twice for the number to corporate. I was told twice they do not have the number and I have to go online to find it. I will not be returning to this business.
