Absolutely horrible service and food. First and last time we will be there. The Turkey delux sandwich tastes like cucumbers, there was only 2 extremely thin slices of turkey, and overwhelmed with sauce. I got a gondola WITH 1 SLICE OF CHEESE CUT IN HALF AND USED AS 2! Will NEVER be back, EVER! We were nearby and thought we 'd give it a try, but we really regret spending $14 and change there. It tastes like the turkey was dry and they soaked it in water from cucumbers and the taste bled through.Also, instead of being treated with a hello or how are you , I was rudely asked for here or to go and the look on her face made me say to go.Bread was meh. Not horrible, but not great. I definitely only tasted bread, I had to add my own sauces to compensate.1st is the gondola, 2nd is the turkey deluxe .I 'd give 0/5 if I could.

Love the food and the people that own this are very nice. I was able to meet them on a visit. The bread is amazing, sauce is just right for taste

I enjoy the downtown location much better. The service here is somewhat hit or miss. The food, however, came out hot and was made just right.

Got the Sicilian feast. They are putting less ingredients in the gondola. Bread is always good and fresh.
