Jimmy John's - West Chester Township

Came in at 4 on Monday, didn't have to wait. Ordered the Pepe and had it in my hands in under a minute. Sandwich was as good as ever. First time eating JJ in over 7 years.

Went to buy a sandwich 4 minutes before close. The door was open. A lady informed me that they were closed despite this and the hours posted online.I guess you aren't interested in making money. I won't be back to ever check if you are open.

My boyfriend wanted a caprese pesto change the meats and the employee said you can 't do that and I have no button for that? I said another jimmy John 's does and I knew there might be an up charge but was willing to pay. He just looked at me and went ahead with it.Then while waiting I was at the counter looking at the mayo, mustard, etc. The employee said could you back up I have never been treated so poorly at a jimmy John 's before. What happen to pleasing the customer and making thier experience happy? So sad about a close jimmy John 's ???
