Texas Roadhouse - West Chester

Absolutely fantastic! We're here last Sunday when the Bengals hit the Steelers. It was packed so there was a 40min waiting time. We liked to accept and get our table in no time. Service was fantastic! Prompt, polite, helpful and attentive to our needs. Not to mention the steak was the BEST. Salad was fresh and crisp, loaded potato was hot and buttery. Great food, service and atmosphere to spend a night with my family. My father, who works hard and rarely treats himself, was happy all the time over the moon. My mother, who is always there for me, was also treated wonderfully. They had 4 Texas long island teas and felt pretty good at the end of the night. It was such a pleasure to treat my people to a steak dinner and appreciate the ticket. Keep the great work and train your servers excellent!!

This is one of the best experiences I have had at a steak restaurant. I visit multiple high end steakhouses like Jeff Rubys and Mortons. This experience was on par with them. For the price the steak was amazing. The service provided by our waitress Abby was second to none! I will be returning!

After a 30 minute wait we were seated and served quickly. Fried pickle chips were a good appetizer. Our salad were fresh. Our steaks were good if a little over cooked. My friend ordered medium rare and there was no red whatsoever. It was a busy day so she didn't ask them to remake. Or server was courteous and ready to fill drinks etc.

Excellent food, excellent service, phenomenal value. I really never planned to be impressed but this was one of the best dinners we've had in months and we've been to much more expensive restaurants. This place is well ran and very attentive to the guests. Our server was excellent and our steaks were absolutely PERFECT.

Food was tasty. The service was not fantastic. There were no clean glasses when we arrived. I also placed us on the Wait-list for advanced seating. We waited for 15 minutes to receive our drinks. We were told by the server that the glasses must have time to cool before putting ice in them or they 'll explode. Not the best experience at this location. Better luck next time or not.
