Tropical Smoothie Cafe - West Chester

The food was good overall, but the flatbread was disappointing; it only had five small pieces of chicken and one slice of microwave bacon, which I expected to be better. On the bright side, the smoothies were delicious, and I discovered some that I would actually drink again.

The smoothies are tasty but a bit on the expensive side. I gave a 2-star review because the portion size of the side of potatoes ($2.69) is very small, and the potatoes were served cold. It seems like they might prepare all the potatoes early in the morning, refrigerate them, and then microwave them when someone places an order—something they apparently overlooked for mine.

All the food arrived cold. The quesadilla lacked flavor, and the corn was just average.

The tropical smoothies were great! However, the chocolate/peanut butter smoothie and chocolate, peanut butter/banana smoothie tasted awful. Also, the cost of the food items vs. the quantity of food provided is not worth it. The flatbreads are more than 50% just bread. For that price point there needs to be more protein provided (ie chicken).

I’m surprised at these negative reviews because my experience was completely positive. On October 26th 2023 I came here with my sister, her friend and all 3 of our kids and the restaurant was clean, the vibes were good. The employees were nice and we got quick service. The smoothies were good. I would recommend.
