Waffle House - West Chester

On Monday morning it came at 530 a.m. I'm sorry that this is the 3rd time here and it was always a bad experience of racism to pure laziness. we were the only people here. When we came in and sat down, they said we were just doing orders. Okay, I thought you were 24 hours. but I digress. they were short and complained about the work on the eve. effortless to say we will not come back. they had 0 customers there was no apology for the dispatch and the boldness to give me a look when I didn't type after I paid for it before I even got it. because if we had a good service, they would have a good tipp. goodluck to this place hopefully it will be better managed in the future. ps: the second we left into the vehicle, she ran around to play and chat on her handy and the chef went to hide behind. glad that they have the energy to speak on the phone at the company time, instead of keeping the customers lighter on great priorities.530 on the 4th juli 2022

The ladies running the store that night were awesome!! Delicious hot food with a side of GREAT customer service. The store was clean and organized too.

I am so over this its the only employees we can get stuff. Well then manage better. Horrible service. No gloves touching my food. I mean the girl was on the phone the whole time talking to a friend on a headset. Incredible. Literally talking to a friend and telling me to hold on while in the middle of my order. No respect. I even said are you on the phone, she said yea, and gave me a dirty look.

Talk about hustle. The ladies working inside perhaps were the hardest workers I've ever seen! It was 11 pm and these two, although swamped stayed focused and worked to deliver a great meal! If everyone worked as well as these two our service industry would be a different experience. Well done, ladies!

The women with the pink hair was so disrespectful and rude, waffle house’s moto is literally food fast and friendly, and she met none of those, we said nothing wrong or rude, but the second we walked in it was pure drama. and she’s an older women, she should know better, and i would be ashamed of myself.
