Feedback gevenThat is a terrible place we will not order again. we ordered lunch for the office and most sandwiches came without meat. my came with absolutely no meat. When I corrected myself, they said I could pick up the meat. I agree with others that they are better served with a manager who at least managed a little over customer experience.
This is the worst restaurant to order from, I was ordering once or twice or even more a week from them until today. I placed an order at 7pm, for a sándwich combo. It never arrived, I called them at 7:40 and Mike answer the phone he stated he was the assistan manager, he was very rude, instead of apoligizing for the long wait, he was very rude and just said the sandwhich was out to be delivered. So I patiently waited for 15 more minutes at 7:55pm I called them again he said he could do anything I asked for an update, he was very rude and just said they were busy. So I just hang off the phone and kept on waiting (forgot to mention I was on my lunch break). He decides to cancel my order, even when I told him it was my lunch break, He did not even asked if I wanted to cancel my order. Didnt even bother to tell me he was going to cancel my order until I got an email from them stating my order was cancel. So here I am reviewing the restaurant at work all hungry. Will definately never ordering from this restaurant.
Me and my co-workers order from here all the time we constantly wait over an hour to get our food. They will not be getting my business anymore.
This was a 13$ sandwich. I piece of meat and I piece of cheese! WoW! Manager was very snappy when asked that I should be informed what I am getting for my money. Do not recommend this location.
Manager doesn't care about customer experience or know how to handle issues like an adult. the staff, however are great. they should be running that place instead of the present management.
