Krispy Kreme - West Collingswood

I drove over 40 minutes on Sunday to get a dozen of glazed donuts. When I arrived I was informed they don’t have anymore. I asked how long would it take to make new ones, I was informed the machine was “down” and no more donuts would be made. I had a certificate and then asked if I can get a dozen donuts of a different kind since this Krispy Kreme is not close to my home and I’m unable to use the certificate at the grocery store. The worker informed no and that I would have to come back tomorrow. Terrible service!

Drove from N,E Philly with my mouth watering. We get there and everything looks great, we order a dozen reg. Doughnuts a 16 box of mini's 2 drinks. $45.00) We get home and can't wait to eat them. START EATING BAM!!! SOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! THEY WER NOT FRESH AT ALL... We got there at 8am thinking that they would be FRESH..... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!The build up and the hard crash.. If it wasn't that far n we didn't have to pay a toll I would have went back. SOOOOOOOODISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!

I've been to this location numerous times. Their donuts are fairly standard. I do like the seasonal/promotional donuts when they come out. I wish u could order more variety online.

Donuts were ok but Mike was outstanding. Top notch customer service and all around amazing human being.

Highly disappointed they don't serve original Krispy Kreme's ? but overall, the service is fantastic ??
