Dairy Queen - West Columbia

I visited this restaurant last night and ordered a number 4, which was supposed to be a large double according to the menu. I also asked for a Sprite and two large sides of fries. When I got home, I discovered that both of my fries were small instead of large. The burger, which was supposed to be a double, turned out to be a single with a lot of bacon piled on top to make it appear like a double. It was also dry, and none of the food tasted fresh. The cook should really be let go, especially since I was the only customer there placing an order—very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend going there after 6 PM.

If I could give the service a negative star, I would. I’ve never seen people work somewhere that hated their life as much as the rude workers at Dairy Queen. Throwing things around the tables and being rude for entirely no reason. This is a prime example of why we never come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This DQ workers are always slow. Food is not hot when we got it. This is one of the slowest DQ around me. Maybe I should bring my tent next time to camp. But Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Clean friendly environment. The woman working was hustling and got our order in quick. Food was good.
