Feedback gevenThe WORST. I ordered a pizza online at 1:34pm October, 7th and i have never had this issue before in my life. The computer apparently didn’t get my order so i waited for a hour before calling. The boy that answered was really nice and help me out a lot but the “manager” Wow. The boy went to ask the manager for help with my order and she/he couldn’t even come to the phone and help me out. I put in another order and was charged for both. I called customer service and they disputed one but then i was charged $5.34 for something different. On top of that i waited another hour to actually get my food. Ridiculous.
I was the only customer picking up two pizzas at approximately 10:30 at night. The dining room was closed. I knocked on the door multiple times, finally someone looked up from cutting bread sticks and pointed to the takeout window. I walked over to the takeout window and waited for approximately five minutes in the rain while they were continuing to cut dough for bread sticks, they didn’t even acknowledge I was there. I left. WORST customer service! My husband who works night shift ordered a pizza for delivery to his place of work. He ordered online, the wait was a bit longer than expected but showed that it was processing and his pizza was being prepared. An hour later, he misses two calls from Papa John’s. He calls them back less than two minutes later, for them to say because they don’t have enough delivery drivers and he didn’t answer their call, they cancelled his order and hung up on him. When he called back, he asked to speak with a manager (ironically the same person who hung up on him) he tried to explain his frustration with the lack of communication and the fact that because he is night shift and they waited so long to call him, that he now had no other options for dinner. He was told by the manager that “it sounds like a personal problem”. The manager hung up on him a second time. I find that appalling coming from someone in who claims they are of a management position regardless of establishment.
Order them here all the time and eat is really good, but my gott I can't order the new call center. it's terrible. I only needed 25 minutes. they hardly speak English and seem to have no knowledge of pizza. it makes me seriously not even want to order from here.
Pizza good, service in the window TERRIBLE.I ordered by application, u appeared on the window when the pizza was said to be ready. the young man in the window is on the phone, two employees chatting each other, we burn gas. we get a signature as if I were a minute of the guy who asked colleagues not to play and serve customers, but didn’t. 5 minutes go by, I switched off motor by 1 minute. no service. 7 minutes he begins to reach the pizza while he is on the toilet. while he is walking around with our pizza, he has not sung his hands or suspended the phone until he has delivered our paid via the app pizza. phones are something that is almost never sanitated, everyone in the business uses it, everyone touches it, and nobody cleanses the hands after use. phones are a well-known vector for the transmission of colds viruses... he should remember a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush someone present in their business deserves more attention than anyone on a telephone. I will not go to this place again.
