I don't know why the menu says with rice and beans on the chili Verde burrito. I didn't get any rice or beans. Neither on the burrito nor separately. Was it even a chili Verde burrito?? I guess first time last time for me.
The good and the bad with my al pastor burrito order: Good-Tortilla, meat. Both were tasty. The service-the young man at the counter was very nice and the burrito was served fairly quickly.Bad- No public restrooms. I was in between appointments and really had to pee. Next, the menu specifically said the burrito came with beans, onions, cilantro. Perfect-I hate rice on my burritos, and since the menu didn't list rice, I didn't order it without rice. Guess what? Rice. Probably the most plentiful thing on the burrito, even more so than the al pastor. No beans either. So I basically had a rice burrito with some al pastor thrown in. Last bad-they didn't wrap the burrito very well and it was impossible to eat while driving. Fell apart. Would I return, probably, but I would be a bit more savvy in my order, and I would pee at the gas station across the street before going in.
They always get my order wrong. Meat is hard. Lacks flavor, not even horchata is good. Avoid this place. Save your money. $9.50 for a gross burrito. I'll pass!
The Chile Verde nachos are bomb and I highly recommend them!!!
