Many of the reviews are quite outdated. This restaurant has improved significantly. It can get busy at times, so we need to be patient.

They were out of a particular flavor, which was fine, but then they charged extra for the cones? Other locations offer a free waffle cone with a double scoop. I even saw on the receipt that it was supposed to be complimentary, but they ended up charging for it anyway.

This place never never has freaked bananas for banana split. It's ridiculous. They should just take it down from the menu if they don't sell it. Pisses me off

Employees make me and the family seem like such an inconvenience for ordering ice cream. The service here is terrible.
