Feedback gevenWe kept it brief. My wife and I took our four grandkids out for dinner. They love their Denny's in Rancho Cucamonga, so we decided to take them to our local Denny's on Azusa Avenue in West Covina. The food was great, but unfortunately, our waitress had a really bad attitude—she was rude and seemed lazy. It definitely affected our experience. I'm still leaving a good tip because that's important to us, regardless of the service. However, it does influence whether we would choose to come back. The manager had to step in to improve the service, which was concerning. I hope the manager can turn my negative experience into a positive one. A two-star rating isn't reflective of what our dinner should have been like.
The beautiful atmosphere is smaller than other locations, but it offers a delightful experience overall! I recently visited a friend there after a few years, and it was great to see that the staff is still just as fantastic as ever!
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I went today for breakfast and found them to be a bit busy. However, our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive without showing any signs of frustration. He took our order quickly, and we enjoyed a peaceful meal. In the end, we left feeling very happy and satisfied with our food.
My boy cayetano was amazing as a server. he kept serviettes on the table and all our drinks full, we were in a group of 3. eating was great and service was great.
It takes a least 39 40 minutes to even get a waiter to acknowledge your existence ! After that prepare to wait at least an hour to get your order taken on a slow Saturday night at midnight . Overstaffed with most of its employees just on their phones or taking to one another
