Ding Tea West Covina

I was in the area. Came in to get some oolong milk tea. I usually like Ding Tea. And this place didn't disappoint. Great service. Fast and accurate. No wait time since I got there when they opened. Parking can be a bit hard. But no big deal. Plenty of art and stuff to look at while you're waiting for your order or if you hang out. I hope this review helps. Just showing love to a local spot. Just because it's cold outside doesn't mean no for boba! I was pleased to find that Ding Tea had a dedicated section of their menu for hot drinks, as well as like 60% of their milk tea drinks were available both hot or cold. Even though I was sorely tempted with the idea of trying a hot taro milk tea or a hot jasmine milk tea, I got swayed with the ginger milk tea $4.35) on their hot drinks section. I upgraded to the large size for $0.79 and added golden boba usually $0.79, but do the Yelp check-in for the free topping offer). Major points to them for being cool with using my reusable large metal tumbler for the hot drink! They weren't kidding that the drink is hot! At first, I could only enjoy sips of the hot ginger milk tea and had to neglect the boba. But once the drink cooled down, it was a delicious combo of both ginger milk tea and golden boba. Highly recommend, especially on a cold night! They also sell HK egg waffle and it came out hot and crisp. Ding Tea is in a large plaza so plenty of parking.

I've came here a few times to get the boba brown sugar milk tea medium size. There are a few things that I like about the drink. The flavor is pleasant, but that's it. Taste just like cold milk tea with sugar. The business is small and clean and the employees are nice. I would not rate them a 10/10 but a 6/10 to be honest. Not sure how they can improve because someone else may love the flavor. To each it's own just my opinion.

My go-to boba place. Their service is amazing and fast. I usually order a Jasmine Green milk tea with rainbow jelly. I'm not sure why, but rainbow jelly has been available for free lately and I absolutely love it. I am so happy they have an option for less sugar and ice, it's not very usual for other boba places I've tried. The inside is very nice and clean. It's a good place to study (it's usually very quiet) with the occasional person playing some video game system that's available. They also have board games available in the back which is pretty awesome if you're looking for a place to socialize with friends.

Love this little Boba shop! I always get the black milk tea with honey boba extra sweet. Nice staff good service. Love the video game arcade table.
