Feedback gevenWe are regular customers of this El Pollo Loco. It seems they forget something at least every other visit. Sometimes it's the tortillas, the next time it might be the salad dressing. Recently a burrito was missing. I caught that before leaving theparking lot. The food quality is fine and the staff are pleasant. They just need to work on getting the order right.
Bathroom was absolutley filthy. Paper on the floor, 2 dispensers with zero soap
Today, we ended up spending only $6 instead of over $35. Their app said we needed to order by phone to get a discount, but the staff didn't help us choose the right items. Additionally, the app doesn't provide the same deals as in-store. I wonder why that is?
The meat was small and dry—definitely not fresh! When you enter this restaurant, don't be misled by the sight of fresh chicken sizzling on the grill; they won't serve you any of that quality. I ordered a three-piece chicken plate and specifically requested only legs and thighs, avoiding the breast meat. Yet, when my dish arrived, I found a tiny, very dry piece of breast meat served alongside two equally small and old pieces of thigh and leg. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing my order, assuming it would all be just as disappointing. I rarely dine here, having had a similar bad experience in the past, and I’m shocked to see that nothing has improved. Next time, I'll just head to McDonald's next door!
