Starbucks Coffee - West Covina

I basically always do mobile ordering now, it's less stressful. I ordered a few minutes before I arrived at the store via walking. The drive thru was busy and it looked like they were training someone that being said they got my order completed in about 10 minutes. It's not a big Starbucks and all of the tables were filled. The store was clean and the employees were nice.

I went there to get my free birthday coffee and the staff were very kind. They surprised me with a free cake pop as well. They made my day. Great service!

Everything tastes as expected. it?s starbucks. i?m just upset that they didn?t follow my instructions on my order. i asked for no cheese on the sandwich and i know i did because it?s written on the ticket. my mom?s lactose intolerant and we were taking the bus to get around for the morning, so it?s not convenient or easy to go back and tell them that a mistake was made.

Very unfortunate this locations lobby is closed. Had to use the drivethru and it was surprisingly pretty fast. Got my usual Iced blended Java chip Frappuccino and it was good. Staff was griendly and service was good. I would recommend stopping by this location for fast and friendly service.

Orderd an iced tea, this is what I got. This picture makes it look darker than it is. No tea just yellow water with a ton of ice. This is not the first time this had happened at this location.
